Meet our Principal Solicitor

Keshini Dias is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of cross-jurisdictional experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, Tax, and contract management. She holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from Cardiff University (First Class Honours) and is admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in Sri Lanka since 2014.

Keshini has a proven track record of supporting complex transactional matters, advising on legal risks, and managing stakeholder engagement across private equity, corporate restructuring, and commercial advisory projects. Her expertise encompasses drafting, negotiation, due diligence, and legal research, with a particular focus on aligning legal strategies with broader business objectives.

Complementing her legal acumen, Keshini holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM UK), enhancing her understanding of brand protection, intellectual property, and market positioning. She is committed to contributing to client success within a collaborative, commercially driven environment and continuously developing her expertise in corporate and transactional law.
